2. Now lean back and get ready to chain-punch! ( Please read the warning!

3. Click on "Start" and continue chain-punching until  "Stop" appears

4. Write your kilo to On-line calorie calculator as kg., then write 1 if you punched one minute or how many minutes you punched to the time section.

5.Click "Click" and see how much calorie you burned. Compare with "sitting motionless" which means sitting in front of your PC.:-)
